We specialize in luxury oceanfront and riverside unoccupied homes for seasonal residents, absentee homeowners, and frequent travelers. Nathan Gavel

Nathan is a U.S. Army veteran with a background in public safety and private security. He has protected high-profile government facilities and personnel around the globe. He was very fortunate to have grown up in beautiful Vero Beach, Florida. His military service took him to many far away places. However, the Treasure Coast has always been home for him. He has since been able to relocate back home along with his wife, Candace, and their son, Aiden. Nathan aims to utilize his outstanding attention to detail while safeguarding your property in your absence.

  Nathan is professional, prompt and an excellent communicator. I can not recommend his service enough. Several times he has identified potentially problems in my home and communicated them to me before they became enormous events. Most recently Nathan noticed a leak on my main water shutoff and sent me a picture. I had a plumber immediately come out and he could not even identify the leak until I forwarded Nathan's pictures. The problem was then identified and immediately fixed which almost certainly saved me from a nightmare scenario.

  I highly recommend Kinsman Home Watch. I purchased a home in Vero Beach this year that I plan to use seasonally. I was very concerned about what would happen at the house when I’m not there. The owner, Nathan, appeased all my concerns. They check on the house weekly and send a report with a checklist of things that were checked and point out any concerns. He caught a small leak in my roof by seeing a brown spot on the ceiling of my garage. Without his weekly check and thoroughness, the problem could have gotten worse. He also helped me by meeting a roofing company at the house and organizing the repair while I wasn’t there. In addition he has helped me on a number of things such as taking in all my Amazon boxes and helping set up the house for me and my family to arrive. He helped me with a furniture delivery when I wasn’t there as well. They really can help with anything. Very happy. Their prices are good and they are very thorough. I’m very happy that I found them.   I have total confidence in Kinsman Homewatch.  I received regular reports with photographs and a completed checklist of areas of the home and grounds being monitored.  This insures that any critical issues can be addressed in a timely manner.  Should repairs be necessary, you will be immediately contacted by your Kinsman representative to identify your desired response.  They will contact a required skilled tradesman to address the concern if requested.  As a new homeowner in Florida, Nathan even advised me on strategies for maintaining an air conditioner in Florida.  After being away for several months, we returned to our home in perfect condition.
