Home Watch Services
We visually inspect the interior and exterior of the home looking for obvious issues. If we identify an issue we will take pictures and notify you immediately, so the problem can be quickly resolved.
Auto Care Services
- Drive vehicles 10-15 miles
- Take vehicles in for scheduled services
- Have vehicles detailed/washed
Key Holder Services
- Safeguard keys
- Welcome guests into your home
- Open up for and wait on service personnel
- Respond to alarm activations
- Guest lockout (missing or lost keys)
- Police/Fire needing a key holder
- Accept deliveries
Concierge Services
- Prepare Home for your arrival and departure
- Grocery shopping
- Pick up + drop off dry cleaning and laundry
- Make dinner reservations or spa visits
